| In the Vineyard |
| Boy! Time has really gone by fast this Spring! At this time of year, it's all fun in the vineyards. "Suckering" (trimming the base of the vine), dusting, thinning and testing vines for nutrients. It's all essential in producing quality fruit. |
| Our vineyard manager, Les Dunning really has his hands full this time of year. He works 'round the clock to ensure timing of each process is perfect. Two more weeks or so, and it will slow down. |
| As for the outlook on this year's crop, we have been counting clusters as they've been recently showing themselves. Looks to be an average-sized crop. Average is good when talking about yields as it makes for better quality fruit to make fantastic wines. |

| The Amgen Tour is back in Lodi for the second year in a row! The race kicked off in San Diego on May 15th. Lodi played host today, May 19th as the departure point for the Men's Stage 5 portion of the race, all the way to South Lake Tahoe. |

| Spring Wine Club Release Party was a huge SUCCESS!! |

| Wow! That band was AWESOME! 'ClusterPhunk' lit up the tent with some classic yet 'dance-able' live music and entertainment spicy enough to keep pace with Addy's Paella, which once again, was incredible! The beautiful weather certainly added to the fun as well. A big thanks to Robin Baglietto and The Local Artisan Co-Op for making their local and limited products available to club members. Also thanks to BAM Treats sampling their delicious chocolate-covered toffee. Hope to see everyone again in July! |

| North Side Patio Project UPDATE |
| We're almost there! The patio on the north side of the Tasting Room has been under construction for some time. The bricks and cement are set and the walls are up. Furniture and shady umbrellas are the latest addition to make the upcoming season a bit more comfortable. Next comes the landscaping and a very special centerpiece. Stay tuned. |
